Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience handling Air Exports shipments or an equivalent background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of all customs laws, practices and procedures; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate documentation for air export activities to ensure lawful, cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate cargo pickup and transfer while tracking status and communicating with parties.
• Manage rates, issue spot quotes, and communicate with overseas agents and clients.
• Track shipments, provide status updates, and assist with invoicing and audits.
