• Minimum 3 years’ export experience (air and/or ocean).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
• Knowledge of US customs laws and procedures.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the necessary documentation for export activities.
• Coordinate cargo pickup/transfer and monitor status.
• Communicate with export-related authorities, customers and suppliers.
• Obtain spot rates and communicate with overseas agents and clients.
• Track shipments and update customers/agents of status.
• Create customer invoices and maintain files.
