Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead on the Air Defense team to deliver capabilities in the South Pacific that exceed customer expectations and support their mission. You will serve as the customer’s subject matter expert, owning the air defense mission in your AO and communicating needs back to Anduril to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience.
• Proven project management skills.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year: Asia-Pacific ~35%, other travel for ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and execution: orchestrate deployment events across hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and more to achieve mission success.
• Relationship management in high-stakes OCONUS environments with customers and partners.
• Develop deep knowledge of customer mission requirements and CONOPS for effective communication with engineers.
• Become a power user of Anduril’s Family of Systems to forecast performance across threat profiles and conditions.
