Develop and strengthen relationships with sales organizations and create go-to-market strategies.
Design commercial models to enhance Genpact’s value proposition and drive revenue.
Build and implement data strategies for promotional planning and execution.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership to generate momentum for deals and ensure delivery.
Manage cross-functional client issues with timely responses and resolutions.
Grow business focusing on financial success and client satisfaction.
Ensure governance, prioritization, and efficient resource use across teams.
Identify new markets and client needs within the Deduction Management space.
