Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• MBA or related Master's degree is highly preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with CPG sales organizations and create effective go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
• Develop data strategies that inform effective promotional planning and execution, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
• Lead the development of industry insights capabilities to enhance client value and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in Sales and Operations to build momentum for new deals and ensure successful deal conversion.
• Project manage the resolution of internal cross-functional client issues, driving timely and effective responses.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
