Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Global Relationship Manager to lead relationships with CPG sales organizations and co-create go-to-market strategies that fuel growth. You will design commercial models, build data-driven promo plans, and collaborate with senior leaders to convert opportunities into delivery success.

The role emphasizes governance, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value for global enterprises.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degrees or MBA/Analytics credentials preferred.
ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (Axelos).

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with CPG sales organizations, creating go-to-market strategies for business growth.
Design creative and profitable commercial models that enhance Genpact’s value proposition and drive revenue growth.
Build and implement data strategies to guide promotional planning and execution, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations senior leadership to generate momentum for new deals, ensuring successful conversion and delivery.
Manage cross-functional client issues with timely responses and resolutions.
Develop a growth strategy focused on financial success and client satisfaction, balancing business development.
Ensure operational excellence through governance, project prioritization, and resource optimization across teams.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs within the Deduction Management space.
Foster an innovative mindset by identifying process improvements to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
Translate strategic vision into actionable plans driving business success and customer outcomes.
Build and manage collateral for customer meetings with cross-functional teams.
Promote Genpact’s products/services by addressing client objectives and aligning with business needs.
Develop and present business case studies showing impact of value-sharing with customers.
