• Seller Readiness: scale measurement of seller readiness through agentic assessments.
• Accountability for Strategic Initiatives: own initiatives across Global Field Readiness, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization.
• Cross-Functional Influence: lead a measurement community across enablement, sales strategy and tech teams.
• Strategic Communications: present insights to senior stakeholders in clear, compelling narratives.
