Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Global Sales Leader for AWSI to build and lead a high-performing team of eight to ten sellers, driving adoption and expansion across AWS' full-service portfolio with emphasis on AI workloads.

You will own revenue targets across territories, hire and develop early-career talent into sales leaders, and use AI to improve customer outcomes and team productivity, while maintaining executive relationships and a scalable sales culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct sales or business development selling to C-level executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• AI fluency to increase organization efficiency and team productivity.
• Consecutive track record of delivering double- and triple YoY growth against multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Strong cross-functional influence and leadership skills.
• Track record of hiring and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of eight to 10 sellers, including hiring and developing early-career talent into the next generation of AWS sales leaders.
• Own net new revenue targets across multiple territories across industries, maintain a robust pipeline, and coach and leverage the use of AI to drive customer outcomes and team efficiency and productivity.
• Build executive relationships, partner cross-functionally to remove blockers, and stay fluent in the AWS service portfolio.
• Create a high-performance, scalable sales culture and team.
