You will own revenue targets, develop early-career talent into AWS sales leaders, and drive adoption of AWS’ full-service portfolio while maintaining a strong, actionable pipeline and executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• AI fluency to increase organization efficiency and team productivity
• Consecutive track record of delivering double- and triple YoY growth against multi-million-dollar quotas
• Strong cross-functional influence and leadership skills
• Track record of hiring and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of eight to 10 sellers, including hiring and developing early-career talent into the next generation of AWS sales leaders
• Own net new revenue targets across multiple territories across industries, maintain a robust pipeline, and coach and leverage the use of AI to drive customer outcomes and team efficiency and productivity
• Build executive relationships, partner cross-functionally to remove blockers, and stay fluent in the AWS service portfolio
• Create a high-performance, scalable sales culture and team through operational and sales discipline and standards
