Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Worldwide GTM Specialist for Data and AI to drive business development and go-to-market strategy enabling enterprises to transform data workloads into intelligent, autonomous systems.

In this role you will influence senior customer stakeholders, design scalable GTM patterns, and collaborate across WW teams to maximize Created and Launched ARR for databases, while enabling field teams with evergreen assets and repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and scale the go-to-market motion across geographies, segments, and industries.
• Monitor field insights and demand signals, translate them into input shaping product roadmap and GTM positioning.
• Own migration and modernization pipeline across AWS Database services with accountability for ARR and pipeline metrics.
• Create scalable field assets: value propositions, migration playbooks, licensing optimization workshops, battle cards, discovery scripts.
• Craft the field narrative explaining why modernize now and AWS over competition with economic and customer proof points.
• Lead deep technical discovery with DBAs and engineers, advising on licensing optimization and migration architectures.
• Synthesize field feedback into product input to guide roadmap priorities.
