Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a strategic leader to own the AI Business Solutions practice around Microsoft Copilot. You will shape global strategy, guide partner adoption, and transform solution plays into commercial offers that partners can market.

With a focus on partner growth across countries, you will recruit and develop partners toward Solutions Partner designations, manage investments, and drive adoption from pilots to paid seats. Bachelor's degree required; cloud/partner experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience building or running a Microsoft or cloud partner practice.
• Ability to turn solution plays into commercial offers partners can sell.
• Understanding of CSP, Solutions Partner designations and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the AI Business Solutions practice plan against goals with the Director, Microsoft.
• Advise sales, services, and country teams on Microsoft Copilot positioning.
• Develop global Copilot strategy with sales and country teams for adoption.
• Package solution plays into partner-ready offers with GTM Lead.
• Work with country sellers to align partner priorities and customer use cases.
• Recruit and develop partners toward Microsoft Solutions Partner designations.
• Apply investment programs for Copilot and drive funding reporting and utilization.
• Run Copilot trials and pilots to convert to paid seats and active use.
• Collaborate to attach readiness, deployment, and adoption services to Copilot projects.
