Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking a Practice Lead for AI Business Solutions to drive Copilot-focused growth across global markets. You will act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with sales, services, marketing, and country teams to position Copilot and related agents effectively.

You will develop practice plans, manage priority solution plays, and guide partners toward Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, ensuring alignment with investment programs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years in software, cloud, or technology industry; 5+ years in Microsoft 365/Modern Work or business applications partner roles.
• Consistently exceeds goals and KPIs; hands-on experience running vendor programs and incentives.
• Experience working with country teams across multiple regions; regular travel required.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the AI Business Solutions practice plan aligned with Director, Microsoft goals, including prioritizing solution plays and milestones.
• Serve as expert on Copilot and agents; advise sales, services and country teams on positioning.
• Develop global Copilot seat growth strategy and local strategy for global consistency.
• Package solution plays into partner-ready offers with pricing, enablement content and deployments.
• Collaborate with country sellers to understand partner priorities and close capability gaps with development plans.
• Recruit and develop partners for Copilot and business applications, guiding toward partner designations.
• Apply Microsoft investments and incentives for Copilot and partner opportunities with funding and reporting.
• Run guided Copilot trials and pilots moving customers from trial to paid seats.
• Attach readiness, deployment, and adoption services to Copilot projects with repeatable offers and reference solutions.
• Adapt solution plays and partner programs to local markets.
