Job summary

Yahoo is seeking an experienced Global Agency Director to lead and expand its DSP advertising business across Independent Agencies, with a primary focus on PMG and other major partners. This high-impact role requires executive advisory leadership and the ability to drive substantial DSP revenue growth.

You will cultivate senior relationships, shape go-to-market strategies, and leverage AI tools to accelerate account planning and pipeline management, while representing Yahoo in agency leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advertising, media, or technology with leadership of agency relationships.
• Experience selling omnichannel solutions across CTV, video, display, and DOOH.
• Proven ability to cultivate executive-level agency relationships and drive growth.
• Skilled in navigating Independent Agency leadership and planning teams.
• Track record of revenue growth through partnerships and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers across PMG and Independents.
• Drive revenue growth by shaping partnership strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Leverage AI tools to synthesize notes, summarize discussions, and streamline account planning.
• Influence Yahoo DSP go-to-market strategies across agency partnerships and CTV teams.
• Champion customer voice to inform Yahoo product and go-to-market evolution.
• Collaborate with GAP team to activate top-down alignment and bottom-up demand.
• Maintain strong agency relationships to shift share across portfolios.
• Represent Yahoo DSP in agency leadership forums and industry events.
