Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to drive Yahoo DSP advertising across Omnicom, with a focus on New York and the U.S. You will build relationships with agency leaders, act as a Yahoo ambassador, and help translate strategy into account plans.

As part of the Global Agency Partnerships team, you will open doors, grow logos, partner on GTM strategies, and champion customer insights. You will engage agencies in person and at events in New York, and leverage AI tools to streamline planning

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in advertising, media, or technology building trusted agency stakeholder relationships and business development.
• Experience covering Omnicom with established relationships at one or more operating companies.
• Proven experience selling DSP and programmatic solutions to agencies.
• Proven ability to cultivate and deepen agency relationships that drive strategic alignment and long-term growth.
• Effective in navigating operating company leadership and investment planning teams.
• Demonstrated success in revenue-driven roles with growth through new business and partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the advertising agency ecosystem, including holding company structures and decision processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage processes and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers across operating companies.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos and expanding existing business on Yahoo DSP.
• Collaborate with the holding company lead on partnership and GTM strategies at the operating company level.
• Champion the voice of the customer to inform product and GTM development.
• Partner with sales and GAP team to connect field sellers with agency contacts and accelerate revenue growth.
• Engage agency stakeholders through in-person meetings, visits, client entertainment, and events in New York.
• Represent Yahoo DSP at agency and industry events to elevate Yahoo's profile.
• Stay informed about Yahoo capabilities and ongoing product training.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to synthesize notes, generate summaries, and streamline planning.
