Sandvik AB seeks an Aerospace and Machining Specialist to shape the global aerospace strategy and translate market insight into growth. You connect industry trends with customer needs, drive portfolio priorities, and lead cross-functional initiatives across regions.

You will build pipelines, establish value propositions, and monitor KPIs to align regional plans with the global strategy, traveling extensively in the Americas and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing or aerospace engineering or related field.
• Strong expertise in aerospace machining applications and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in segment management, business development, product management, or technical sales.
• Proficiency with CRM and Power BI; strong analytical and market assessment skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the global aerospace segment strategy, growth plans, and BD initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize high-value markets, applications, customer targets and strategic opportunities.
• Build the global aerospace opportunity pipeline and value propositions.
• Influence product portfolio and innovation priorities through market intelligence.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives and support major projects.
• Monitor segment performance via KPIs, dashboards and reviews.
