Geater Machining & Manufacturing is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support growth across aerospace, defense, and space markets. This on-site role will embed in the commercial organization and assist with marketing execution, market intelligence, target-account development, CRM and marketing operations, digital marketing coordination, content development, and sales enablement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing, or related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of B2B marketing, business development, market research, demand generation, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; editing ability.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day marketing execution, market intelligence, target-account development, CRM and marketing operations, digital marketing coordination, content development, and sales enablement.
• Translate business priorities, customer activity, market intelligence into coordinated marketing and business-development activity.
• Participate in customer visits, trade shows, industry events, and other commercial activities as appropriate.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure relevant marketing engagement and identified opportunities receive appropriate follow-up.
• Develop account-specific pursuit support, including research briefs, contact maps, and messaging.
