Sandvik is seeking a Business Development Manager - Aerospace Engine to lead the long-term growth strategy for the aerospace engine segment, identifying opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and engaging OEMs, Tier suppliers, and industry partners across the aerospace engine value chain.

Working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, marketing, operations, and executive leadership, the role aligns market opportunities with capabilities to accelerate growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in manufacturing (5+ years).
• Advanced CAD/CAM/application knowledge in metal cutting is expected.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify target accounts and develop strategies to increase wallet share and strategic positioning.
• Assist sales with opportunity qualification and strategic account development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and engineering to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Serve as the technical authority for products, materials, and applications.
• Define product strategy, positioning, and roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Track and report KPIs including revenue growth and pipeline development.
