Sandvik AB in the US Northeast is seeking a Business Development Manager - Aerospace Engine to lead long-term growth, build OEM and Tier supplier relationships, and shape go-to-market strategies across the aerospace engine value chain.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, marketing, operations, and executives to align opportunities with capabilities and translate trends into growth initiatives and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience with a track record in growth.
• Advanced CAD/CAM knowledge and product applications.
• Analytical and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify target accounts and develop strategies to increase wallet share.
• Assist sales with qualification, assessments, and account development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering on customer solutions.
• Serve as technical authority for products and target applications.
• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Track KPIs: revenue, pipeline, and profitability.
• Support new product launches, including tool components.
• Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry events to generate opportunities
