Job summary

Segers Aero Corporation in Fairhope, AL is seeking a Sales Manager for T700/CT7 to lead customer relationships and drive new business across North America, Africa, Europe, and the Far East. The role oversees the sales process and may provide leadership to CSRs when needed.

Responsibilities include developing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with Sales and Operations to ensure on-time order fulfillment and growth. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in aviation sales, account management, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand relationships with existing customers while pursuing new opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activities; analyze pricing, delivery, and customer requirements.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contractual agreements to support growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Programs, and Customer Support to promote Segers Aero Corporation’s reputation.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% to meet clients and attend events.
