Legora is seeking an Engagement Manager to own adoption across 15–20 mid-market corporate accounts and drive measurable ROI. You will design tailored adoption playbooks, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with GTM to uncover expansion opportunities while delivering sustained value through structured programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, legal, LegalTech or customer success in an AI-native B2B vertical.
• Experience leading complex rollouts and adoption programmes at corporates.
• Strong project management skills for 15–20 live programmes.
• Consulting or transformation background with change-management delivery.
• Experience building tailored transformation roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Track record of driving adoption, retention and satisfaction with corporate clients.
• Experience with legal, compliance or regulated industries or ability to learn fast.
• Excellent communication — written, verbal, interpersonal.
• High EQ with ability to listen, advise and act.
• Love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you build the playbook.

Responsibilities

• Design each client's adoption playbook: change-management approach, stakeholder map, and outcomes.
• Execute the playbook, sequencing rollout to scaled adoption.
• Run programmes in parallel across full portfolio, track milestones and risks.
• Act as strategic adviser for in-house legal priorities, identifying opportunities.
• Drive value through a structured operating cadence: plans, enablement, check-ins, reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, Legal) with end-to-end context.
• Partner with GTM on commercial moments for transitions and expansion.
• Translate feedback into roadmap, informing product and enablement.
• Build reusable playbooks and templates for the team.
