Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our cybersecurity product portfolio and client needs. You will understand offerings and communicate their value to customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

You will partner with sales to design plans aligned to goals, assist in winning opportunities, and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Specialists, CSMs, Product Management and Engineering to drive success across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/solutions/systems engineering and pre-sales experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of networking and security principles.
• Ability to design and articulate end-to-end security solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers as trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationship.
• Develop understanding of customer environments and map to Check Point solutions.
• Lead account planning and collaborate with sales to progress opportunities and close deals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity trends and competitive positioning in sales opportunities.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and present Check Point technology vision to varied audiences.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Specialists, CSMs, PM and Engineering to drive customer success.
