Strava is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for its small Dublin-based team. You will own the invoice-to-pay cycle for several entities across multiple currencies, using NetSuite and other ERP systems. The role offers a hybrid work model with three days on-site in Dublin.

You’ll contribute to month-end close, resolve payables issues, and act as the main contact for vendors and budget owners, supporting process improvements and accuracy across the AP function.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounts payable experience across more than one legal entity and more than one currency.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP) and high-volume data work.
• Experience contributing to AP month-end close tasks such as aging reviews, accruals, and reconciliation support.
• Clear, patient approach to vendor and stakeholder queries; persistence to resolve issues.
• Attention to detail and judgment to escalate when needed.
• Curiosity about how systems work and willingness to learn new stack.
• Experience with Zip or other intake-to-pay; experience with Expensify/Navan/Ramp; related qualifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Resolve invoice and PO mismatches, chase missing approvals, elevate exceptions with context.
• Contribute to AP portion of month-end close, aging review, accrual support, reconciliation prep.
• Process payables across multiple entities and currencies, with correct treatment.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for vendors and internal budget owners.
• Administer employee expense submissions and card reconciliation.
• Spot friction in AP processes and propose practical fixes.
