You will process invoices in NetSuite and Concur, route approvals, handle payments by various methods, manage vendor profiles, and assist with year-end tax forms, with emphasis on accuracy and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or related experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and Concur; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices in the accounting system.
• Route invoices for approvals in Concur and follow up for timely approvals.
• Prepare and schedule payments via checks, ACH, wires, or cards.
• Set up vendor profiles and respond to billing inquiries; resolve discrepancies.
• Review travel/expense reports for policy compliance.
• Assist with year-end tax requirements including W-9s and 1099s.
