PLANCRAFT is seeking an AR Accountant to build and scale our Accounts Receivable operations across Europe. You will own the end-to-end AR process, including invoicing, cash allocation, open items, and the AR subledger, while ensuring Stripe payouts and related reconciliation are fully integrated in monthly closes.

You will improve processes, automate recurring tasks, and collaborate with Customer Success and Finance to support rapid growth.

Qualificações

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable or related role and can independently manage recurring AR operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own Accounts Receivable end to end: invoicing, cash allocation, open items and AR subledger.
• Own Stripe within Finance: payouts, fees, payment failures, refunds, disputes and chargebacks; reconcile Stripe monthly.
• Maintain aging and prepare AR close schedules with Sr. R2R Accountant.
• Run collections across markets; manage dunning, overdue invoices and handovers.
• Create and maintain SOPs, controls and handover docs for AR processes.
• Automate recurring work and implement smarter workflows using automation/AI.
• Scale AR processes to work across markets as Plancraft expands in Europe.
