START Research is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support day-to-day AP operations across more than 10 entities in the U.S. and EU. The role emphasizes vendor management, payment processing, and timely reconciliations in a fast-paced, multi-currency environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to month-end close, internal controls, and process improvements, including automation and AI-enabled tools, while maintaining a service-oriented approach with vendors and internal partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Associate degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in accounts payable and multi-entity environment is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor master data.
• Process domestic and international vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist month-end close.
• Prepare reports on outstanding invoices and payments.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
