Job summary

National Church Residences in Dublin, OH seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a four-person AP team across multiple entities. This role manages the full AP cycle, from vendor setup to payments, with focus on accuracy and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP with supervisory experience, strong internal controls, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday. Hybrid work arrangement supported by a solid benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience with supervisory responsibility
• Experience managing AP in a multi-entity organization
• Strong knowledge of AP principles, accounting practices, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and electronic invoice workflows (Workday preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the full AP cycle across multiple entities, from vendor setup to payment and close
• Build and lead the AP team, set goals, balance workloads, and coach development
• Serve as escalation point for vendor disputes and complex inquiries
• Maintain internal controls, support audits, and manage 1099 reporting
• Drive automation and workflow improvements, define KPIs, and participate in Workday upgrades
