Job summary

TekWissen® is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage third-party and intercompany invoicing, audits, and issue resolution. The role involves processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with payment terms for multiple payables.

Qualifications include 3 years AP experience, an accounting degree (Assoc or Bach preferred), and familiarity with Oracle Financials and BPCS (AS400). Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Financials and BPCS (AS400) recommended.
• Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and mentor others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process Third Party and Intercompany invoices accurately and timely.
• Conduct statement audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare documents for imaging and filing per procedures.
• Process check and refund requests with supporting data for audits.
• Ensure payments align with client terms and compliance standards.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person and provide timely resolutions.
• Review vendor accounts, monitor credits, and assist with tax reporting (W-9, 1099).
• Handle mail, maintain retention files, and support special projects as needed.
