Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to support invoice processing, 3-way matching, and vendor inquiries. You will review, code, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.

You will manage payments, prepare bi-monthly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers, maintain records, reconcile AP subledger to the GL, assist with month-end close, and support audits with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in invoice processing and 3-way matching.
• Experience with bi-monthly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Ability to resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit support.
• Strong numerical accuracy and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process invoices per company policy.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way match).
