Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function end-to-end, ensuring US GAAP compliance, accurate consolidation across six entities, and timely close. The role reports to the CFO and focuses on controls, audits, and technical accounting in a high‑growth, multi‑currency environment.

You'll partner with leaders across the business to implement improvements, scale the finance team, and optimize systems like NetSuite and SuiteBilling for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on accounting background in a complex multi-entity business.
• Expertise in US GAAP, ASC 606, and principal vs. agent judgments.
• Experience leading multi-entity, multi-currency close and external audits.
• Proven ability to drive automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across six entities, including intercompany and FX.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with thorough reconciliations and reviews.
• Lead technical accounting analysis and support CFO with recommended positions.
• Oversee UK statutory audits and internal control enhancements.
• Drive automation and improvements across NetSuite integrations.
