Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an exceptional Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function, ensuring US GAAP compliance and timely closes across multiple entities and currencies. Reporting to the CFO, you will build a high-performing international team and drive process improvements.

You will work with NetSuite, SuiteBilling, and automation to accelerate close cycles, strengthen controls, and support strategic initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and principal versus agent judgments.
• Experience running multi-entity, multi-currency close and consolidation with intercompany and FX.
• Public accounting background or experience in a complex, multi-entity business.
• Hands-on ERP experience, ideally NetSuite, with automation to improve processes.
• Proactive, organized, and able to lead an international accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations and reviews.
• Lead technical accounting analyses and communicate recommendations to CFO.
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning through sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and automation across NetSuite and integrations.
