Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function from monthly close through consolidated US GAAP reporting. You will manage intercompany, FX, and tax compliance across six entities while partnering with senior leaders to drive automation and process improvement.

You will oversee audits, strengthen internal controls, and build a high-performing global accounting team using NetSuite and SuiteBilling.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on accounting background with 5+ years of experience, ideally including public accounting or complex multi-entity businesses.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606 and principal-versus-agent judgments.
• Experience running multi-entity, multi-currency close and consolidation, including intercompany and FX.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders across the business and drive complex work to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity, ensuring reconciliations are complete and supported.
• Lead technical accounting analyses on revenue recognition, wallet funds, and related areas, presenting recommendations to the CFO.
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning through sign-off.
• Own and improve internal controls, including prepaid wallets and segregation of duties.
• Manage statutory accounts and tax compliance with external advisers (corporate tax, US sales tax, UK/EU VAT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance initiatives and automation across NetSuite integrations.
• Develop and manage an international accounting team, setting clear expectations and performance.
