Job summary

3M in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Global Account Manager – High Speed Interconnect to own end-to-end relationships with hyperscale and silicon design customers across the region. You will drive multi-year account plans, lead design-in and negotiations, and coordinate global teams to deliver scalable interconnect solutions.

Remote-friendly with field engagement, travel up to 20%, and a company vehicle option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Minimum 5 years in sales/account management or related field with complex programs or strategic accounts.
• Current, valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Own global account strategy, revenue growth, pipeline, forecasting, and executive relationships for assigned hyperscale and silicon design customers.
• Lead design-in and commercialization of EBO, TwinAx, thermal, acoustic, and material science solutions from early engineering engagement through qualification, negotiation, launch, and scale.
• Coordinate global teams across sales, application engineering, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing and leadership to deliver customer commitments.
