Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Account Manager for Global Forwarding to drive growth and retention across a select portfolio. You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver strategic logistics solutions that optimize global supply chains.

The role supports on-site collaboration two days a week with remote work three days, offering balance between teamwork and autonomy. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Global Forwarding experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically/internationally.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Retain, grow, and strategically manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build relationships with customer contacts at multiple levels to deepen engagement.
• Lead regular business reviews using analytics and performance trends.
• Present strategic solutions to increase customer value and retention.
• Collaborate with pricing, operations, and product teams to develop recommendations.
• Support new business implementation, including account setup and compliance.
