You will develop trusted relationships with stakeholders, identify opportunities, and deliver strategic logistics solutions to optimize customers' global supply chains. The role blends on-site collaboration two days a week with three days of remote work, supporting cross-functional account strategy, pricing, operations, and service delivery to achieve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of Global Forwarding experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically/internationally.

Responsabilités

• Retain, grow, and strategically manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customer contacts at multiple levels to deepen engagement.
• Lead regular business reviews using analytics and performance trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Present strategic solutions that increase customer value and expand services.
