Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth, retention, and long-term customer success across a select portfolio within our Global Forwarding business. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and deliver strategic logistics solutions that optimize global supply chains.

You will work on-site two days a week and enjoy the flexibility to work remotely three days a week, enabling collaboration while maintaining autonomy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of Global Forwarding experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally).

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build relationships with customer contacts at multiple levels.
• Lead regular business reviews using analytics and performance trends.
• Present strategic solutions to increase customer value and retention.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within accounts.
• Collaborate with pricing, operations, and product teams on recommendations.
• Support new business implementation and account setup.
