Job summary

Sight Sciences in Orlando, FL is seeking an Interventional Glaucoma Representative to drive sales and provide ongoing support for our glaucoma products within the assigned territory. The role emphasizes building relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and clinical staff while aligning with company guidelines.

You will analyze territory data, forecast sales, trains, and attend industry events, while ensuring compliance with FDA QSR and ISO 13485.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical sales within ophthalmology.
• Track record of success in medical device sales.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create demand for Sight Sciences products within company and industry guidelines.
• Develop effective sales presentations to differentiate products with ophthalmic surgeons in the assigned territory.
• Analyze territory data and manage business planning including regular sales forecasting.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitive products.
• Manage territory budget and resources.
• Complete administrative paperwork and provide reports to the Manager on call activity and physician feedback.
• Attend sales trainings, meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
• Pre-sale: respond to inquiries to determine literature and pricing; influence production and shipping.
• Post-sale: respond to inquiries (RMA, status, delivery); resolve scheduling and invoicing problems; handle warranty claims.
