Job summary

Glaukos Corporation is seeking an experienced Interventional Glaucoma Business Manager (iGBM) to drive adoption of Glaukos technologies in ophthalmic surgical practices across the United States. You will lead territory strategy, achieve quarterly sales targets, and deliver hands-on clinical training to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include executing sales plans, conducting wet labs, and building strong relationships with surgeons and KOLs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience with surgical ophthalmology (3+ years in surgical ophthalmology preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and territory growth.
• Experience with new product launches and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to train staff and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually across multiple Glaukos product lines.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Provide clinical support during procedures and conduct wet labs/training for surgeon onboarding.
• Build relationships with ASC, hospital, and private practice stakeholders; train staff on patient identification and conversion.
• Represent Glaukos at industry events and monitor market trends to defend market share.
