Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in GI-focused regions. You will engage Gastroenterologists, APPs and select PCPs, delivering clinically focused messages about vonoprazan and Phathom’s portfolio.

A proven track record in medical or pharmaceutical sales is required; GI experience preferred. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, involves field-based work, CRM usage, travel, and collaboration with marketing, training, and sales operations to

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years medical sales experience or 1 year pharma sales; GI experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience launching new products.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing, market access pull-through and technology solutions.
  • Proficient with CRM and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Drives sales performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to engage HCPs.
  • Builds understanding of territory dynamics and market access opportunities.
  • Develops territory plans with Regional Sales Manager and SAS to meet goals.
  • Collaborates with marketing, training, and sales operations to drive execution.
  • Meets all admin responsibilities including CRM usage and expense reporting.
