Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to promote our first-in-class GI product and engage Gastroenterologists, APPs, and selected PCPs. You will drive territory growth, build professional relationships, and use CRM tools to track performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales or 2+ years in related fields, with travel as needed and a proven sales track record. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years pharmaceutical sales experience or 2+ years in medical sales or relevant B2B sales.
• GI/hospital channel familiarity is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and launching new products.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed sales objectives in assigned geography.
• Develop deep product and disease-state knowledge for engaging HCPs.
• Collaborate with marketing, market access, and training to drive pull-through.
• Maintain CRM records and report expenses.
• Travel as required by geography to cover national/regional accounts.
