Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals seeks a Territory Sales Representative to call on Gastroenterologists, APPs and select PCPs in assigned US regions and exceed sales goals. You will acquire product and disease-state knowledge to engage HCPs with clinically-focused messaging and work with cross-functional teams to develop territory plans.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the TSR will travel as needed, participate in product launches, and leverage CRM to track activities and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• One or more years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• GI Specialty experience preferred.
• Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance.
• Ability to travel including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Develop territory plans with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Engage Gastroenterologists, APPs and select PCPs with clinically focused messages.
• Build territory market understanding and pull-through opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, training and sales operations.
• Maintain CRM and expense reporting accuracy.
