Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to launch and promote GI-focused therapies to healthcare professionals. You will build relationships with gastroenterologists, APs, and PCPs, delivering clinical presentations and developing territory plans.

This field-based role involves travel to national and regional offices, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on market access strategies to achieve regional and corporate sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical/pharmaceutical sales experience, GI specialty preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven sales success and product launch experience.
• Proficiency with CRM and digital platforms.
• Valid driver’s license; some overnight travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Gastroenterologists, advanced practice providers, and PCPs through clinical presentations.
• Foster relationships and develop territory plans to drive pull-through.
