Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to promote the company's first GI product portfolio across assigned geography in the United States. You will build relationships with gastroenterologists, APPs, and primary care physicians, driving pull-through and achieving sales objectives.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate with SAS, marketing, and sales operations, maintain CRM records, and travel as needed to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; GI/pharma sales experience preferred.
• 1+ year pharmaceutical sales experience or 2+ years medical sales experience.
• Proven sales success and ability to launch new products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of GI products and disease states.
• Engages Gastroenterologists, APPs, and primary care physicians.
• Collaborates with marketing, market access, and SAS to execute plans.
• Maintains CRM data accuracy and reports expenses.
• Travel as required.
