Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals seeks a driven Territory Sales Representative to call on Gastroenterologists, APPs and Primary Care Physicians within an assigned territory. The role emphasizes advancing a first-in-class GI product, building trusted relationships and delivering clinically focused messaging.

The TSR reports to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborates with SAS and cross-functional teams to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• OR 2+ years medical sales or B2B sales experience.
• GI Specialty experience preferred.
• Proven track record of sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Engages Gastroenterologists, APPs and PCPs with clinically focused messages.
• Develops territory business plans with Regional Sales Manager.
• Collaborates with marketing, training and sales operations to execute strategies.
• Maintains CRM records and manages expenses.
