Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to promote our first GI product to Gastroenterologists, APPs, and select Primary Care Physicians in designated territory. You will drive sales, build deep relationships, and execute pull-through strategies in collaboration with regional teammates.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or 2+ years in medical or B2B sales, with strong communication, territory planning, and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year pharmaceutical sales or 2+ years medical/sales experience.
• GI specialty experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales objectives in assigned geography.
• Develop territory business plans with SAS/Regional Managers.
• Engage Gastroenterologists, APPs, and PCPs with clinically focused messages.
• Maintain CRM records and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, training, and operations.
