Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a GI Specialty Sales Representative (Pharma) to drive the sales performance of the full portfolio within Annapolis, MD. The role emphasizes focused detailing to targets with evidence-based messaging and close collaboration with IDN hospital personnel for discharge protocols.

The position requires 3+ years of medical/pharma sales experience or 5+ years with a high school diploma, plus travel of 50% or more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related field is required.
• 3+ years of Medical/Clinical selling experience with success in specialty medical products or 5+ years combined Pharma/Medical sales with clinical experience.
• Must possess solid financial acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for GI/Critical Care products within the assigned territory.
• Educate healthcare providers on the benefits of GI therapies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and KOLs in the GI field.
• Develop territory business plans and use available resources to meet objectives.
• Capture market intelligence using sales reporting systems and prepare call plans.
