Rubrik in the AI and data security space is seeking a Named Account Executive for Germany to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive Rubrik’s expansion across the region.

You will lead end-to-end multi-stakeholder deals, build a strong pipeline, develop executive relationships, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers and partners to position Rubrik's security and data protection capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience closing complex enterprise deals with growth into larger opportunities.
• Track record in new-logo acquisition and expanding existing relationships.
• Fluent in German and professional in English for executive discussions.
• Understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and multi-stakeholder decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Germany, balancing big opportunities with transactional deals.
• Run multistakeholder sales cycles end to end—from discovery to close.
• Develop executive relationships, translating Rubrik’s capabilities into board-level priorities.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across your territory.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Channel Development, and partners to extend reach.
• Partner with regional peers to refine deal strategy and coverage.
• Feed market intelligence to leadership on competitive signals and trends.
