Job summary

Integrated Language Solutions is seeking a remote Field Inbound Sales & Support specialist to handle inquiries in English and local languages for designated countries and marketplaces. You will assist customers with product recommendations, installation questions and basic troubleshooting while maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and local language of designated country/market(s).

Responsibilities

Field inbound sales and support calls, website chats and emails.
Assist prospects with product questions and selecting proper equipment.
Provide Level 1 technical support for basic troubleshooting.
Translate and create Help Desk content (manuals, guides, videos) in local language.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the full range of products.
Collaborate with sales and support teams to support business development.
