Job summary

Integrated Language Solutions is hiring for a remote inbound sales and support role targeting international markets. You will field calls, chats, and emails, helping prospects select the right product and offering basic technical support.

You will also translate manuals and help pages into the local language to support marketplace needs. The role requires multilingual fluency, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and solid CRM use.

Qualifications

• Must be multilingual (English plus local language) with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer focus and ability to understand and meet customer needs.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing multiple channels (phone, chat, email).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and support calls, chats, and emails for designated country/marketplace.
• Assist prospects with product questions and identify suitable products/equipment.
• Provide Level 1 technical support and basic troubleshooting guidance.
• Translate and create Help Desk content (manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting videos) in local language.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to support business development.
