Embedded Shishya in the United States is seeking a Service Desk Specialist fluent in German to be the frontline support, handling calls and emails, diagnosing issues, and guiding users to effective solutions.

You will work with English and German, participate in night shifts, and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining SLAs. The role offers Home Office options, ongoing training, and a relocation bonus for candidates outside the West Area.

Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and systematically arrange calls and service tickets to adhere to established service level agreements.
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer contentment by rendering swift and competent service.
