Job summary

Language Matters Company seeks a Customer Service Specialist with German for remote work. You will handle multilingual support, pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, and resolve issues across social channels.

The role requires German at least C1, strong communication, and remote-work discipline. Salary is €1,750 gross per month with up to 10% performance bonus; fully remote within Bulgaria with Varna office access for training.

Qualifications

Fluent German (C1 minimum).
Experience in customer service, contact centre, or consumer care.
Strong communication skills under pressure.
Experience handling complaints/escalations is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
Able to work remotely with self-discipline.
Based in Bulgaria with suitable home-working setup and NRA.

Responsibilities

Provide support to customers via social media, handling pre- and post-sales queries and technical issues.
Respond to inquiries within agreed service levels with accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and maintain product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Identify and escalate complex cases to senior staff.
Log all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Communicate clearly in line with brand tone, written and verbal.
